The noble Lord said: My Lords, I shall speak also to Amendment No. 215. We accept that there may be problems with making corporate information available on a website. Primarily, companies could run the risk of penalties due to the differences in foreign jurisdictions and regulatory requirements on communications. I thank the noble Baroness, Lady Noakes, for raising the issue in Grand Committee and hope that she will be content to withdraw her amendment in the light of the government amendment, which achieves the effect that she seeks. I beg to move.
