I thank the Minister for his reply. I most certainly agree with his final words. What concerns me is that we are moving more and more into a society where we are criminalising ordinary, normally law-abiding people for things they do by mistake—without intending to do harm, to break the law or anything like that. The poor motorist is one of those most often affected by this particular syndrome, but that is by the by. I leave that aside for the moment and withdraw my objection to Clauses 11 and 12.
