If the Committee will excuse me, perhaps I may respond to a point made by the noble Lord, Lord Laming. I wish to reiterate something, as I know that that is difficult when people are speaking. There is one key phrase—that those who undertake a caring and supporting role in community care settings, including day services and day centres, will be covered by the bar.
