Health Bill

Proceeding contribution from Lord Monson (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 20 April 2006. It occurred during Debate on bills and Committee proceeding on Health Bill.
The Minister says that smoke lingers for a considerable time. Are we talking about one hour, two hours, three or four hours after the last smoker has left the premises? It is very important and has a bearing on bar staff, chambermaids in hotels and so forth.
