I would like clarification on one point. If, for example, a person has an office in his garden, will that be construed as part of his home or a place of work? It may well be that in that place of work the husband and wife and perhaps their daughter all smoke and work together. Will they be prohibited from smoking in an office in the garden of their own home, even if no one else has access to it—or even if they do, for that matter? This is one of the unintended consequences which the drafters of the Bill have not thought of. I may be misinterpreting what is said in the Bill.
