I too support the noble Lord, Lord Steel, and my noble friend Lord Monson. My noble friend Lord Skidelsky really has summed this up with the great word ““compromise””. Let’s face it, this is a draconian Bill by any stretch of the imagination. I therefore think that this word ““compromise”” is a major plus towards supporting the amendment of the noble Lord, Lord Steel.
