I am grateful to the Minister for explaining that and I am very interested in what had happened until 2004. What I said to the Minister—I am sad that he has not responded to it—was that the fieldwork for the 2005 survey must have been done by now. I am asking the Government, either in this Committee or at Report, to come armed with that information, and I hope that a copy will be given to Members of the Committee as well. It may well show the trend that the Minister says is there, in which case that is good—it will help us to move forward. But I hope that there will be a positive response.
