Health Bill

Proceeding contribution from Lord Luke (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 20 April 2006. It occurred during Debate on bills and Committee proceeding on Health Bill.
The Bill is concerned with lit tobacco. Can the Minister confirm that if I wished to chew tobacco without lighting it, the Bill would not affect me? Can he also confirm that if I chose to take snuff, that that would not be affected by the Bill?
