This is a very useful point. I believe that people have listened to the debates that have taken place in the Lords and in the other place and have changed their minds. I believe that that is what happened in the Commons, and I admired the Minister for being able to go through a different lobby. That says something about our democracy. When there is a free vote, people may change their minds having listened to the debate, but if people have to always go through one particular lobby, that is not a democracy to which I want to belong. So I congratulate the Government and I think that that was a very useful point.
