The hon. Gentleman may think that that is my responsibility, but he represents a party that has pretensions to government and yet he is not prepared to discuss the funding implications for higher education and student finance, as well as the policies themselves. To conclude, I emphasise that the commitment to all-party inclusive talks is genuine and without reservation.
