I thank the Minister for that reply. We feel that the way in which the definitions are approached could easily be streamlined. There is a big chunk in Clauses 766 and 767 that may currently be restricted to one particular part of the Bill, but it needn’t be. I hope the Minister will have serious discussions with his officials about whether we can improve the Bill in this respect before it goes to another place. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
