When the Minister sends that letter, perhaps he could specifically confirm whether there is any change of policy, which is what I asked. The Minister put back to me that what he was doing is sensible; I have no view on whether it is sensible. My purpose in tabling the amendment was not to discuss how sensible the arrangements were but to discuss whether there is any change from the present and what impact that would have on the approvals already given or in the pipeline.
