I thank the Minister for that reply which I shall study carefully in conjunction with the Institute of Chartered Accountants. It addressed the technicalities but not the practical issue of obtaining the undertakings in the circumstances required. I suspect that this applies to the training of individuals in a relatively small number of firms, where it is important that overseas experience is involved. I will consider the Minister’s response with the institute. If it considers that there continues to be a problem here, no doubt I will return to the issue on Report. In the meantime, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
