The noble Lord said: The object of the amendment is to ensure consistency with the form of words used in Clauses 167, 722, 751 and Schedule 9, which the Government moved on the fourth day in Committee. The amendments will simplify the existing drafting in Schedules 10 and 11 by using the same wording to make clear that documents in electronic form are permitted in certain circumstances. I beg to move.
