I am grateful to noble Lords for these amendments, which we can see are intended to improve the way in which Clause 755 operates. We think that there are some drafting problems with the amendments, but broadly they would make the position that communications that a company sends by means of a website are deemed delivered 48 hours after the notification that the communication is available on the website. In the face of all that brilliance, we think the proposal helpful and agree to consider it.
