I am grateful to the Minister. He says that companies will only have the person’s word that they have been signed for. In hundreds of cases one takes a person’s word that the person who signed it actually has signed it. So, I did not quite get the thrust of that. Nevertheless, I will take the half loaf that is on the table rather than probe further at this moment. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
