I shall respond to the noble Lord’s concerns by explaining the interplay between paragraphs 9 and 10 of Schedule 6. Paragraph 9 permits a company to supply information by website to a member provided that the member has either agreed to website communication or is deemed to have so agreed. Paragraph 10 then sets out what may constitute the deemed agreement of members. Thus, it is not necessary to refer to those who have specifically agreed to website communications in paragraph 10, because they are already covered by paragraph 9. This amendment is not necessary, and we trust that it will not be pressed.
