I am pleased to have my English brought up to date this afternoon. I must say that I have not seen ““transitory”” provisions in other statutes. As we know, this was a sledgehammer to crack a nut because we cannot amend the title here. If our arguments find favour with the authorities, no doubt the title will be changed; if not, it will not.
