Council Tax 2006–07

My Lords, I understand that without the Olympic precept, which is, of course, payable only in London, the London increase would have been 2.8 per cent rather than the actual 4.5 per cent London average. I do not have the other figures to hand, but I will write to the noble Lord about that.
