In paragraph 7 of the committee’s report, there is a reference to the fact that Ofgem has made two payments from the surplus revenue fund to the Treasury’s Consolidated Fund totalling £210 million. It accounts for £60 million, which was used for the support of renewable energy projects, but it is not clear where the other £150 million went.
