I am grateful for the Minister’s response. In response to the noble Lord, Lord Joffe, I say that I am always concerned that money from the lottery is well spent. As the Minister said, some projects have been more successful than others. When the noble Lord, Lord Joffe, made his speech, I thought that he had clearly written it before he came here and had not listened to a word I said when I moved my amendment. I am not against any international grants; I was merely asking the Government for clarity. I am sorry that the noble Lord did not listen with more care when I moved my amendment, but never mind. We have had a useful debate and gained some information from the Minister, which has been helpful. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
