I tabled this amendment because the information was not in the record of the Community Fund. That is my point. It has nothing to do with whether one is for or against the grant programme; it is simply that one cannot find the information. The noble Lord should not read a whole load of things into the amendment which are not there and which I did not mention when I moved it.
