The Minister has not responded to my point about the position of principled people who are against receiving money from the proceeds of gambling. How is the Big Lottery Fund to pin a label on itself—outside its front door, on its website or in its literature—which states, ““We have other money which is not the proceeds of the lottery. Ye who are principled in the sense of not wanting to use lottery money should knock here””? How is it going to achieve that? I think it is important that that case is clearly made and that people understand that there is other money behind the same door.
