Natural Environment and Rural Communities Bill

My Lords, I thank the Minister for his explanation. I am not sure that I am as hopeful as he is that my amendments, particularly Amendment No. 155, may not be needed, but I have listened with care. I thank my noble friend for his support. As somebody who works practically within the national parks authority, I think there are very real issues. Perhaps, when things do not quite work out, my noble friend will be able to say that the Minister said it would work perfectly—but that is another matter.
