The noble Lord said: This technical amendment refers to a contract for acquiring shares, instead of referring to a contract for purchase for cash or other consideration. It does not change the meaning or effect of the provision and is drafted to achieve consistency in wording with paragraph 3(1) of Schedule 1, which concerns the same type of contract for acquiring shares. I beg to move.
