I thank the Minister for what he said. Our point is that Section 207 and Article 16 of the Uncertificated Securities Regulations 2001 provide greater flexibility than the Government perhaps currently contemplate. They state that adoption by companies may be by board resolution, ordinary resolution or by amending the articles. The sensible thing is to consider the effect of the government amendments and, if we think that they are inadequate, to come back on Report in the light of what the Government are saying. On that basis, I am happy to withdraw the amendment.
