But in the light of what the Minister has just said, it might be sensible for me to withdraw the amendments and to see what happens on Report. The Minister signalled that he will look at the interplay between Section 207, Clause 586 and the regulations. If I have understood him correctly, there will be alternative proposals in relation to the regulations on the paperless transfer of securities and the interplay of the various sections. I beg to move.
