Certainly, I shall do that. Following the comments made by the noble Lord, Lord Razzall, this is a practitioner point which I cannot argue in detail now. Practitioners have told us that the measure would simplify their role without in any way reducing the protections that are inherent in the procedure. However, we shall reflect further on the measure and perhaps come back to it. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
