I do not think that we would keep the same effect if we moved subsection (6) into subsection (3), as subsection (5) states:"““The reduction of capital is not effective until those documents are registered””—"
that is, those provided for in subsection (6). It is that which we are seeking to uncouple. I hope that has dealt with the point, but perhaps we should reflect on what is printed in Hansard.
