I understand the point the Minister makes. I am sure that he also understands my point. This is not a point of principle; it is a point of practicality. Although a week is a long time in politics, 15 days in the commercial world is not necessarily a long time. I understand the link with the spot rate, but, otherwise, the Government are restricting the sort of conditions that could be applied to redenomination, which I do not think is the intention. In the mean time, I am happy to beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
