On Amendments Nos. A75 and A76, I understand the point made by the Minister. It may well be that at the next stage we will have to recast the amendments to make it clear what ““predominant reason”” means, if the Government’s position is that we need to do so. We reserve the right to come back on that. On Amendment No. A74, I understand the point that the Minister is making. We need to look at common law rules regarding maintenance of capital to see whether there is a better way of making the point. In the mean time, I am happy to beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
