I thank the Minister. I will read carefully what he said about Aco, Bco and John Smith. I got it, but I did not get it all—we were travelling at some speed. I am not quite sure why adding these words to make the position clear at the time when assistance is given would not add value to this clause. I accept that the Minister said quite a lot. Somewhere in there, I may be able to dig out the diamond that causes my amendment to be superfluous. In the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
