I am grateful to the Minister. This is detailed technical stuff. The timing of when events become effective, the way in which that is made apparent in the law now and the way in which it may be made apparent under the Bill are matters that we shall need to reflect on further with those who have told us that they are unhappy with the current drafting. We may wish to return to the matter, but, in the meantime, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
