It is interesting that the Minister replies—extensively, as he does—by saying that everybody from whom he has heard is in favour of the drafting; we hear from people who appear not to be in favour of it. This is detailed stuff. I am inclined to accept the Minister’s view that the requirement is probably not too burdensome. We will take more expert advice but, in the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
