I am again grateful for the trouble that the Minister has taken to talk us through the weaknesses in our amendment. This is technical stuff and I need to gauge opinion outside the Committee as to whether the Government’s position has not weakened that of creditors and whether our wording achieves nothing significant. If that is the case, we will obviously not return to it; if we feel that creditors are being prejudiced, we might wish to. In the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
