I am grateful to the Minister for the reflection that he has obviously given to the purpose behind our amendment. We need to consider this further, given the nature of the contents of the solvency statement, to discern whether such a statement would have value to a lay person reading it. If we feel that that is the case, we may wish to come back to the matter. Otherwise, I accept the force of the Minister’s arguments. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
