I am grateful to the Minister. We wish to share deregulatory emphasis, and therefore he makes a valid point about deregulation. I will have to check back to Part 13; I confess that the detail of our debates on Part 13 has somehow gone into the lacuna at the back of my mind. The solvency statement is a particularly important document in this area. Therefore, special attention to it and to the way in which it is handled may be justified. Clearly, the Minister has made a number of points that we need to consider and take advice on. We may seek to return to this if we feel that my latter point is sufficiently valid. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
