I agree absolutely in principle with the amendment. We think that we have achieved that in paragraph 10 of the Schedule. Paragraph 10(2)(2A) states:"““The candidate may require the returning officer to make arrangements with the universal service provider for communications under subsection (1)(b) to be sent to persons who have anonymous entries in the register””." We think that we have done that, and I hope that the noble Lord will reflect on that and let me know if he thinks that we have not; my view is that we have.
