Could I just have a word on the amendment proposed by the noble Lord, Lord Norton of Louth? The phrase ““one or more occasions”” would be used by some authorities to ensure that there is only one knock. In my view, the noble Lord’s amendment is as faulty as the original text. We need new text in that section.
