My Lords, perhaps I may help the noble Duke. Should any problem arise because an area of property has been overlooked, there would be a need to tidy up afterwards. Having been involved in local government for many years and seen transfer of property in the public sector and higher education, I know that some things are sometimes inadvertently left out. I think that the clause is intended only to cover that sort of issue. Should I be wrong, I will write to the noble Duke.
