Natural Environment and Rural Communities Bill

My Lords, my name is associated with these amendments. What rightly comes before Parliament and what does not is a matter of continuing concern. With the Regulatory Reform Bill in the offing, this is likely to become a much more pressing issue. In the mean time, I look forward to hearing the Minister’s reply.
