My Lords, I thank the noble Lords who have spoken for their support. I also thank the Minister for his acceptance of the principles behind my amendment. I hope that he and I can agree some suitable wording before Third Reading that includes the words ““rural proofing””, which are key. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
