Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Bill

My Lords, I hope that everyone is as happy with me tomorrow when we return to a different kind of Bill; that would be a miracle. I am grateful for everything that noble Lords have said. I agree with the noble Lord, Lord Dholakia, that it is important that there are other opportunities to debate these matters in both Houses; I hope that the amendment provides that guarantee. I shall answer the noble Baroness, Lady Warwick of Undercliffe. By this amendment, I am simply trying to tackle the situation whereby someone has been refused, but the administrative review itself has later reviewed that refusal and overturned it. I also want to be able to get to those statistics. That was the reason for drafting that section. I am grateful to the Minister. I commend the amendment. On Question, amendment agreed to.
