My Lords, illumination has reached even these Benches. What could I do other than accept the amendment moved so ably by the noble Baroness, to whom, like the noble Lord, Lord Brooke, I have already paid tribute for her work? I am delighted that the Bill team was able to work with her to accept the amendment.
