My Lords, it is always a pleasure to see virtue rewarded. Some of us have come and gone in the context of this Bill—we have not always been present but have taken a lively interest in it—but my noble friend Lady Anelay has constantly shone like a lighthouse. It is encouraging to find that the illumination is still being bestowed on Third Reading.
