The noble and learned Lord said: This is another technical amendment which is even smaller than the previous one. Subsection (3) of Clause 521 states:"““The regulations may make different provisions for different cases””."
That is unnecessary, because Clause 878(1)(a) provides that for the Bill as a whole. I beg to move.
