It is our view that the term,"““authorities responsible for public oversight””,"
can be interpreted in a way that secures the drafting that we have here. It is something that the DTI has considered. As to whether it should be ““he”” or ““auditor””, I do not see that there is any confusion in the current drafting. But, as ever, we shall reflect on the discussion, but I do not think that there is a need to change.
