I am grateful for that comprehensive reply by the Minister. I should have stated when I introduced the amendments that they were suggested to us by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. We will want to go back and look at the Minister’s statement in Hansard and discuss with the institute whether it considers that the Minister has adequately dealt with the point. But I am grateful to the Minister for setting it out.
