Company Law Reform Bill [HL]

First, I know that the opinion on ““recklessness”” has reached the department, as I had a confirmation of that, and I will ensure that it receives a further copy. Secondly, I support all that the noble Baroness, Lady Noakes, has said about auditing and box-ticking, because it will cause many more problems. I should like my noble friend to look at that again before Report. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendments Nos. 318A to 320 not moved.] On Question, Whether Clause 494 shall stand part of the Bill?
