I am grateful to the Minister. I suggest to him that, as a minimum, paragraph (a) may need to be redrafted. That is not the amendment I tabled but arose from the other point I raised. I am grateful to the Minister for saying that he will write to clarify. I suggest that it is not clear that that is a resolution of the company. If it is, then it raises all the problems that I have outlined. But I am grateful to him for the nature of his response. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
